QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred though not required
Preferred experience working as a commercial painter.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position. Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents. Must be in good health and demonstrate emotional stability.
