Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Leasing Agent. This position will be the main point-of-contact for rental applicants and current tenants. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for running rental applications, showing apartments to potential tenants, preparing leases and renewals. The person in this role will also field phone calls, emails and texts concerning maintenance items with the apartment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, friendly personality, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Tenant Relations: Maintain positive relationships with tenants, address their concerns promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to enhance tenant retention.

Leasing and Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. Oversee the leasing process, including screening potential tenants, and conducting property tours.

Requirements:

Proven work experience in a customer facing position

Excellent communication skills

Outstanding organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in computer software programs, such as, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite

Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities effectively

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.

A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
