Meadow's of Cadiz is looking for a Full Time PTA to join the growing team

Must be a state licensed PTA, SNF/LTC experience and NET Health background preferred. ( also looking to add dedicated PRN's)

Capital Health Care Network is a continuum of care which includes home health care, assisted and independent living communities, skilled nursing centers, outpatient rehabilitation services and hospice care. We pride ourselves on seamless transitional care and best practices between providers. We work with a number of referral partners outside of our own network to ensure that our residents and patients are able to live life to the fullest. Our continuity of services allows us to integrate across a variety of settings so that seniors can age on their own terms.

Duties:

- Assist the physical therapist in providing treatment to patients with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the physical therapist.
- Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions.
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of therapy equipment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Provide support and encouragement to patients throughout their rehabilitation process.

- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience in occupational health is preferred but not required.
