CAPITAL is seeking an experienced Security Guard to join our team. The Security Guard plays a critical role in safeguarding the premises, employees, and assets of an automotive facility, such as a dealership, manufacturing plant, or storage facility. This role involves monitoring and enforcing security measures to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Security Guard Responsibilities: 

• Conduct regular patrols to check for any suspicious activity
  • Control access to the facility by verifying the identity of individuals and vehicles entering or leaving the premises
  • Issue and track visitor badges and maintain accurate records of access
  • Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring that all individuals within the facility comply with safety and security regulations
  • Work closely with other security personnel, management, and law enforcement agencies to address security concerns effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and operations, to enhance overall security measures
• All other duties assigned

Security Guard Requirements: 

• Must be available night and weekends
• Experience in security-related roles, preferably in an automotive or industrial setting
• Knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and access control procedures
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations
• Physical fitness and ability to conduct regular patrols
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings
