This individual must have good understanding of solar or construction industry and be very comfortable working in a dynamic and demanding environment with challenges and direction coming from multiple departments. Ideal candidate must be very organized, calm, and work well with others to achieve success. Join us and contribute to the growth and development of our exciting future.RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial ManagementStrategic Planning to support organizational growthDevelop and manage an operating budget and the annual capital budgetFinancial reporting and projections including risk and opportunity assessmentsAccounting and investment managementCompliance with financial standards and annual audit & tax returnsProject costing and WIP, Weekly Intuit Assisted PayrollAR/AP. Accrual based accounting system in solar and construction environmentMonth end close including, Journal Entries and financial reports for management in project-based environment. . Minimum 2 years’ experience using QuickBooks desktop. Proficient in MSOffice products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks.
