Job title: Project Manager
Work Location: Brookfield, WI – Supporting all Capital Data Locations (Milwaukee, Madison, Appleton)
Division/Department: Professional Services
Reports to: Director of Project Management
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of Capital Data’s project management and customer engagements for our Professional Services division. This position will report directly to the Director of Project Management and will be a key role in supporting the growth and customer satisfaction of our customer offerings.
Duties:
Project Management:
Provide project management for all customer facing engagements as assigned by the Director of Project Management.
Act as a point of contact for Capital Data engineers and solutions architects for all assigned projects and tasks
Act as a point of contact for Capital Data sales including lead sales rep and inside reps.
Setup the project lifecycle that includes but not limited to:
Act as a risk manager for all assigned projects.
Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project and task lifecycle.
Provide documentation that includes but is not limited to for all projects:
Engineering Services and Solution Architect Assistance:
With collaboration between solutions architects and engineers -- act as a point of contact to validate configurations between the two teams
Prepare internal kickoffs between architects and professional services engineers
Conduct and present project management reports to team on a regular basis
Conduct and present internal calls, collaborating all professional services staff members
Be responsible for support call alignment for resources in regional offices
Be a value-add employee by uncovering additional opportunities within existing and new customers
