Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Manager. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our community, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining a positive living environment. This is a part-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective tenants, and vendors
- Manage all administrative tasks related to leasing and resident files
- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and assist with lease signings
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including rent payments and expenses
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address property maintenance needs
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and maximize occupancy rates
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is preferred
- Proficient in file management and data entry
- Understanding of legal administrative procedures related to leasing and evictions
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and vendors
- Knowledge of contract negotiations and lease agreements
We are seeking someone who can easily and fluently speak with tenants, so being fluent in English and Spanish is a MUST.
Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.
