As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for selling our delicious cookie dough at various events and operating our kiosk at Lansing Lugnuts games. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and a flair for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Interaction:
• Engage customers by sharing product knowledge and benefits of our cookie dough.
• Conduct sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
• Drive sales through active engagement and excellent service

• Event and Kiosk Management:
• Set up and break down the kiosk or sales booth at events.
• Maintain a clean and inviting kiosk presentation.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with team members to meet sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer experience and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle money accurately and responsibly.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by event schedules.

Skills:

• Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling transactions.
