We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to join our team. As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in retail management, we want to hear from you.
Duties: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including opening and closing procedures - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases - Train and develop sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the assistant manager to ensure stock availability - Conduct employee orientation sessions and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance - Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals - Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and organized showroom environment - Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and returns accurately Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment - Proficient in using technology tools such as point-of-sale systems Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
