Qualifications

· Powersports or Automotive Service Manager, Advisor or Powersports Technician Experience

· Must be a Powersports enthusiast!

· Great customer service skills

· Detail-oriented and willing to follow directions

· Self-starter and ability to be a great team player

· Must pass pre-employment testing to include background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

· Greeting Customers while listening to their request

· Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers

· Communicating with customers regarding required general maintenance required

· Communicate with customers regarding future maintenance and service

· Deliver serviced vehicles to customer

· Complete and turn in all paperwork regarding billing, warranty reimbursement, staffing hours, etc.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
