Job Summary:
Operations Associate
Local company looking for a motivated, hardworking person to provide technical support and monitoring of our portfolio of machines/equipment. Training will be provided for this entry level, full-time position. Successful candidates are cheerful, professional, reliable, enjoy troubleshooting issues, and being part of a small team. Candidates may have basic computer knowledge (understands PC components and their basic functions) and have an interest in technology.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
· Troubleshoot, program, install and monitor equipment in customer locations as well as in a business office/warehouse. Perform related duties as business needs present themselves. Training is provided.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
· Customer Focused
· Troubleshooting ability & resourceful
· Ability to proactively monitor equipment for errors with minimal supervision (Training is provided).
· Always remain professional.
· Ability to multi-task and navigate computer applications quickly (Training is provided).
· Ability to take ownership of issues through completion as needed.
· Work well with others to solve customer issues.
· Technical, problem solving, and communication skills are a plus.
· Proof of good driving record and good credit
LOCATION OF WORK
· This work is performed onsite at customers’ business and in an office/warehouse setting.
· Daily contact with management and other team members.
· Work requires a calm, patient demeanor.
· Lifting/moving of 50 pounds or more on occasion (Necessary lifting equipment is provided).

Pay: $29,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
