Capital Area District Libraries (CADL) provides library services to our local communities seven days per week. All positions except those in the Administrative Offices will require some evening and weekend hours, including Sundays. While this position is currently assigned at the above location, CADL reserves the right to require all employees to be available for assignments at any CADL location.

$41,456-$57,483

Nature of Work

Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, the Multimedia Content Coordinator is instrumental in shaping and sharing CADL’s story across multiple communications channels. A central focus of this position is coordinating and producing engaging visual marketing and communications content, including graphics, publications, video, and audio assets aligned with CADL's brand identity and standards. This position directly contributes to CADL's visibility and overall impact in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Director, Advertising and Media Coordinator, Brand and Branch Marketing Coordinator, and staff across the organization.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Communications, Media Arts, Fine Arts, Film, Animation, Television, UI, UX or related field required.
• Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer with a portfolio showcasing diverse multimedia work.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital media, video production, graphic and web design.
