Job Description:
- Experience with change management including Change creation, Change Auditing and evaluating organizational readiness to limit potential risks
- Identify, Analyze and prepare risk mitigation Tactics while identifying various Risks within business process
- Leading various change management processes within a structured framework to streamline delivery and avoid delays
- Identify and gather change requirements, experience with walkthrough sessions with identified stakeholders
- Authorizing various changes requests and coordinating with Change Advisory Board to present high priority and high risk changes
- Working knowledge of managing changes within ServiceNow capability
- Excellent written and Clear Communication skills along with problem solving skills
- Curious, Knowledge driven and working knowledge of Agile way of software development
- Team management including but not limited to work distribution, Planning and coordination with external and offshore teams to meet Business SLA's
- Knowledge of SOX, Protection of PII and PCI Data etc.
