Job Description:

• This role consists of supporting the existing client R&D infrastructure as well as making improvements to it.
• The improvements consist of containerizing the multiple applications that make up the R&D infrastructure and updating the documentation. The support consists of maintaining the existing R&D services, handling support tickets from the users (R&D team) and assisting software developers with deployments to the Testing (QA) and Production environments. Occasionally, we will also need to help developers set up a local development environment.
• We are responsible for maintaining the servers that the R&D services run on, the configuration management tools (Foreman, Puppet), CI/CD, logging and monitoring for the R&D systems. We also work with the client Core IT team for Disaster Recovery.
