The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP technologies, extensive experience in architecting complex solutions, and a proven track record of delivering innovative and scalable SAP solutions. The SAP XXX Solution Architect Director/Senior Manager will play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

A Solution Architect is a Transformation Leader, and must demonstrate they understand Capgemini's approach to Transformational Change and can convince clients of our ability to lead and deliver change on a complex program. Understands the relationship between change activities and the broader program delivery, able to consider this in both solution and delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive prior experience as an OTC team lead or architect. Ensure that the OTC solution hangs together holistically with the absolute minimum of customization and enhancements. Prefer 10 years of SAP OTC experience.
• Oversee, or be responsible for, design, development and delivery of templates, accelerators, and IP's across multiple areas of expertise.
• Oversee, or be responsible for, the design, development and delivery of offerings across multiple areas of expertise.
• Provide strategic leadership for the SAP architecture team, overseeing the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop SAP architecture roadmaps.
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with industry best practices.
• Drive innovation by staying abreast of SAP updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends, and recommending strategic enhancements to our SAP landscape.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, SAP partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure that SAP solutions align with overall technology and business strategies.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of SAP technologies and tools to meet business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and support for SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to architecture standards.
• Present architecture concepts, strategies, and roadmaps to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 12 years professional experience with expert knowledge in a specific area of the SAP suite and able to comprehensively apply that expertise across all applicable industry verticals.
• Seeking experience with SAP Solutions within the Food Processing/ Protein Industry (Beef, Pork, Chicken or Fish).
• Experience Implementing solutions such at catch weight, perishable food management, refrigerated transportation and warehousing, SAP Food Processing (MSG - Software), etc.
• Preferred experience with Live Animal Procurement processing, Global Batch Traceability, Disassembly Process and Byproduct production and usage.
• Recognized externally as an expert in a specific area of the solution. Consistently updates knowledge of the latest SAP releases, capabilities, and roadmaps.
• Aptitude and attitude to rapidly pickup new technologies or value propositions relevant across Capgemini lines of business and effectively map them to the requirements of our existing and prospective clients.
• Expert in multiple core business processes, and associated functions, for one industry sector, or a limited number of micro industry sectors. Capable of facilitating a technology agnostic business capability /process workshop.
• Build and maintain commercially productive relationships with multiple complementary third-party organizations at a regional level.
• Ability to Develop and deliver proposal and presentation content, as well as marketing materials across multiple areas of expertise, within or across industry sectors, that is consistently leveraged across multiple presales opportunities within a region.
• Contribute learnings and content from delivery programs to enrich our body of knowledge for the domain or industry.
• Able to own plan and deliver an entire proposal response from specific reference to a clients requirements, and or industry, including the executive summary, for an opportunity in excess of $5 million, TCV. Capable of doing this for proposals that span Capgemini lines of business across the SBU, playing as #OneCapgemini.
• Able to lead and represent the entire proposal, ensuring the quality of proposal delivery through the mobilization and motivation of appropriate teams (Capabilities on/off, peer solution architects, domain experts across BL's, etc).
• Demonstrated ability to overcome natural friction and challenges in complex multi-BL proposals to deliver the right solution for the client and for Capgemini as a whole.
• Understand clients pain points, opportunities, and business context. Can create and articulate a north star for the engagement, and the business benefits which the proposal will deliver for the client.
• Able to estimate the effort required to deliver the entire scope of a project and propose and optimize resource for opportunities in excess of $5 million across Capgemini lines of business.
• Able to develop and present innovative implementation strategies, including consideration of a clients budget, cash flow, and time to value.
• Able to deliver a compelling presentations to prospective client, key project team members and stakeholders, including directors, across the entire scope of a proposed engagement. Able to own plan and deliver an entire oral presentation across Capgemini lines of business for an opportunity in excess of $5 million.
• Able to lead the delivery of a solution business blueprint that will satisfy business requirements and enable timely and profitable delivery on projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead across the full lifecycle of a large transformation projects, with detailed understanding of all functions and phases across the many services required of Capgemini and it's 3rd party partners to deliver the program outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 12 professional experience in SAP solution architecture, with a deep understanding of SAP modules, technologies, and integration points.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of SAP architects in a senior management role.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and other SAP technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with executives and technical teams.
• Ability to lead and drive digital transformation initiatives through SAP solutions.
• Experience in managing relationships with SAP vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders.
• SAP Certifications preferred
