Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst - IT Financial Management
Location : Ideally near one of our offices- Austin, Dallas, Atlanta
Job Description:
As part of our Infrastructure Managed Services business unit, this role works closely with our client, SCPs and customers. This role is a key linchpin in our ability to deliver invoices timely and for the continued implementation of new services into the program billing. Communication skills are important here as are patience and a sense of humor.
Monthly Invoice:
- Handling the data feeds and integrations from multiple vendors into the Digital Fuel IT Financial Management Tool (ITFM)
- Analyze data and solve/identify issues arising from the data feeds or the ITFM tool
- Handle the rate table representing the contractual rates and pricing types for all Service Provider vendors including updates for new services and changes to existing services
- Run incidents for invoicing or ITFM tool-related issues
- Release invoice in ITFM as well as the invoice closing tasks
- Work with tools support team to solve issues with integration jobs
- Gather requirements for new services to resolve data source and logic required to provide actionable development items for the ITFM developer to implement
- Test development against source data and lead the UAT with the Service Providers and Client
- Lead the queue of ITFM Enhancements requested including client and Service Provider prioritization
- Report development and availability within the ITFM tool
- Own dispute metric report and dashboard providing performance metrics for the lifecycle of customer disputes
