Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team in Woodland, CA. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our insurance business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise: Demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in insurance business workflows, with a focus on Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance application testing.
• Agile Proficiency: Proven experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in SAFe Agile projects, ensuring adaptability and efficiency in project delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of functional testers, providing guidance and support while ensuring daily and weekly status reporting and effective client communication.
• Test Case Management: Design and execute test cases efficiently, targeting a desired productivity range of 10 to 12 test cases per day, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Database Proficiency: Utilize experience in database queries to enhance testing procedures and ensure thorough validation of system functionality.
• Post-Implementation Testing: Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to verify system stability and performance.
• Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Quickly become a subject matter expert in the assigned area, providing valuable insights and guidance to the team.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate directly with end client's QA team on a daily basis, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring alignment on quality objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Development teams and Business Analysts to address technical and business issues promptly, fostering a deep understanding of project objectives.
• Tool Proficiency: Possess working knowledge of Rally for effective project management and coordination.
• Selenium Integration: Familiarity with Selenium automation testing will be considered an added advantage, contributing to enhanced testing efficiency.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective communication with IT teams and Business Teams alike.
