JOB DESCRIPTION:
- 3DEXPERIENCE & BIOVIA Enginuity Development/Support experience
- Working with SLA on the incidents/service requests/enhancements
- Ability to provide L1/L2/L3 support to customer
- Participate in the development transition for the new developments before go-live
- Creating deployment packages(issue fix, enhancements) and deploying them on the dev, QA and PROD setup
- If required, make available for the off-hour tasks including week-end
- Providing weekly report to customer on the given template
- Handling the communication between DS, client and other vendors
