**Job Title:** MarTech Content Architect (Adobe CoE, WCM, Headful, Headless)

**Location:** Charlotte, NC/Atlanta, GA/Chicago, IL/Columbia, SC

**Duration:** Full time

As a MarTech Content Architect where you will support progressing Capgeminis growth plans by proposing your technology expertise in Adobe, Solution architecture, consulting, presales and delivery skills. Picture yourself working with a highly motivated, successful, and team with multifaceted strengths focused on driving services across the Adobe ecosystem Experience Cloud, Creative Cloud, Marketing and Document Cloud, etc. This role will report into the Global CoE Leader for Adobe part of the DCX team, will work with multiple regional account leaders, sales teams and our clients in a matrix organization.

**Role and Responsibilities:**

Lead and take point on all solutioning, presales and consulting around the Adobe Martech Platforms specifically around Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Forms

Work with sales teams to identify and pursue opportunities in the Adobe ecosystem (Creative, Experience, Marketing, etc) for new business

Specialized in modernized AEM transformation initiatives including AEM as a Cloud Service, Headless CMS, AEM content delivery for Angular/ React

Partner with alliance and sales teams to drive go to market initiatives and promote solutions and offerings

Be the go-to person for platform strategy, solutioning and how to best leverage the Adobe platform for our clients

Mentor, guide and lead team of architects, presales consultants, etc around the Adobe Platform

Establish credentials and point of views / thought leadership with our clients on Adobe

Anchor small to large proposals in the Adobe space from presales perspective

Understand and have experience constructing estimation models / financial models for proposals / RFPs / RFIs

As required, you will also get yourself engaged to kick start projects / programs which you do presales.

Collaborate with other geographies to see how we can share assets, bring standard processes

Will incubate and coordinate building solutions, go to market offers and accelerators.

You will build and work with other SMEs to build demos / assets for the practice

Assist in assuring client satisfaction and maintaining a strong client relationship

Demonstrable ability to engage with and present to both executives and engineering teams in client organizations

Preferred background in financial services

Preferred hands-on experience in the past on Adobe and integration technologies like Java, Spring boot, etc

Preferred understanding of latest cloud technologies, Cloud as a service, DevOps, CICD, etc

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the designed systems and guide consumers on standard methodologies and guidelines on systems integration and use.

Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment. Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.

**Required Professional and Technical Expertise**

15 overall IT industry expertise preferably with large IT Consulting and Services firms

10 years of experience working with Adobe Ecosystem

5 years handling large geographically spread teams

7 years architecting solutions for Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, DAM, etc)

5 years in selling and negotiating consulting services

5 years of experience in senior technical leadership roles

SME in Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, DAM), CICD around Adobe platform, Model Driven, etc

SME on Adobe data model and migration strategies

Good understanding of Digital Marketing and be able to drive discussions about marketing strategy, pipeline, attribution,

Familiar with the Fit Gap Analysis and estimation Process for Adobe applications

SME in Estimations and building Resource Modelling for new and upcoming requirements on Adobe engagements

Independent thinker and experience developing solution offerings

Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with both internal teams and clients

Should be a great teammate and collaborate with multi-cultural and multi functional team

**Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise**

Preferably with demonstrated ability on Financial Services industry

Preferred understanding of the integration technologies like Mulesoft

Hands on experience extending the business applications using the Adobe platform

Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, applications, enterprise architecture and governance models

Good understanding of global delivery models and experience working with multiple offshore locations

Broad knowledge of how the IT landscape with evolving with cloud, digital and technology playing the motivator for innovation
