Key Expectations and Responsibilities

• Strong experience in administration and troubleshooting Jira Data Center v8 or higher
• Develop and maintain automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA, and Confluence.
• Create and update custom Jira workflows, post functions, conditions, and validators.
• Analyze, Research, Install and configure plugins and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, and support JIRA configurations.
• Experience in performance troubleshooting and tuning of Jira Data Center
• Responsible for maintenance, upgrade, and enhancements to JIRA, Confluence and integrations with other tools or plugins.
• Work with the operations team to deploy changes to production and providing level 3 support as needed
• Develop JIRA templates, and complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes in JIRA.
• Collaborate with project BA to develop, and deliver custom templates, and workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence etc.)

Other Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with .NET OR Java development.
• Experience with Groovy development
• Experience in working in a fast-paced, multi-team environment
