Guide the engineering development of electric motor active components (stator, rotor, resolver, housing) from sourcing to launch
Coordinate the release of the design, obtain design approvals, ensure design manufacturability, component readiness, pieces cost & mass tracking, support future design direction, lead & facilitate resolution of component issues, lead design changes through change management process, support supplier quality, support manufacturing
