Capgemini is looking to hire a SAP Quality Assurance Director to join our Insight and Data team. Some of the responsibilities are as follow:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the SAP Data & Analytics practice, exceeding revenue targets and securing new client engagements.
• Demonstrate your deep understanding of SAP data and analytics solutions (e.g., SAP HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere) to identify client needs and develop compelling solution proposals.
• Lead the sales process for sophisticated related projects, demonstrating a proven track record of closing large, global deals.
• Be responsible for project delivery, ensuring teams meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide effective leadership and mentorship to consulting teams, encouraging a collaborative and impactful environment.
• Stay current on the latest trends and innovations in the SAP Data & Analytics space, proactively identifying new opportunities for clients.

Required Skills:

• 20 years of experience in the SAP consulting space, with a proven record of success in selling and delivering large, global SAP Data & Analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data warehousing principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively present sophisticated solutions to executives and decision-makers.
• Proven sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Strong project management skills with expertise in leading teams, budgets, and timelines.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies and comparison with SAP technologies
• Strong problem solver. Strong communicator. Highly collaborative. Strong C-Level executive presence
