Required Background and Skills:

  • An outstanding degree (Bachelor / Master) with an economic, technical or information technology orientation
  • First professional project experience related to digital change in one of our focus industries: Consumer Products, Retail & Distribution; Automotive; Life Sciences or Financial Services
  • Interest and experience in the processing and preparation of data, e.g., in the context of data visualization, implementation of dashboards or the development of concepts for data modeling and cataloging
  • A knack in the combination of technological understanding, business analysis and implementation work
  • Hands-on experience in data visualization and data engineering with corresponding skills in SQL, Python/R and Tableau/PowerBI or comparable tools
  • High level of reliability, team spirit and fit for a leading global management consultancy
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as very good MS Office skills
  • Motivation to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction
  • Ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy
  • Structured and conceptual mindset coupled with strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset
  • Be a team member of data strategy transformation projects with large client organizations
  • Process, prepare, analyze and visualize data to derive valuable business insights
  • Develop concepts for data modeling and cataloging
  • Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand vision, assess current state and design future state data & analytics strategy, and roadmap for execution
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews, and create compelling presentations
