Campus Recruiter – Capgemini Invent

The Campus Recruiter role is a support role working with our Campus Recruitment Lead to facilitate a positive recruiting experience to prospective hires. The functions of this position may include scheduling, facilitating, and managing the interview process both on the phone and in person for offices across North America. You will interact directly with school teams (internally and externally), candidates, practice leads, and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling all phases of the interview process. The coordinator will also work on various other projects as needed. The right candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative.

As a Campus Recruiter you will:

  • Provide support in the hiring processes of campus recruits.
  • Schedule interviews (virtually for now with the potential of in-person) for candidates across North America.
  • Act as a dependable point of contact for ambassadors, candidates and hiring managers.
  • Must have a professional manner as well as a high level of interpersonal skills to handle time-sensitive and stressful situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly, write business correspondence and create reports, effectively present information and respond to questions from clients at all levels.
  • Facilitates the interview process and ensure a positive interview experience for interviewers and candidates.
  • Aides in collecting feedback and conducting debrief calls with interviewers.
  • Assists with presentations at educational institutions, professional organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and it's opportunities.
  • Provides information on office logistics and job opportunities to potential applicants
  • Assist with offer extension and pre-hire process for all campus candidates.

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • 0-2 years of related professional work experience and/or training.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task accordingly.
  • Experience presenting information and responding to questions from candidates and internal clients.
  • Experience creating reports and writing business correspondences.
  • Ability to be proactive, communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with students.
  • Team player and adaptable.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
