JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business users, application teams, and vendors to identity, review and evaluate the solution requirements and provide end user support
• Understand the client's technical environment and how they use technology to provide the best, focused advice
• Report work progress to the manager & the client on a periodic basis.
• Participate/lead design discussions & client meetings.
• Assist in deploying applications to Dev, Staging, and Production environments
• Expertise in AEM and associated technologies like Sling, OSGI, Felix, Jackrabbit, JCR, CRX.
• Experience on Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows is required.
• Translates business requirements into technical details relevant to Adobe DAM.
• Resolve user-identified functional and technical issues relating to Adobe DAM
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide resolution, Root cause on time with preventive measures.
• Knowledge of Adobe Workfront preferred
