Job Summary:
We are seeking to hire a former District Attorney to join our expanding legal team. The ideal candidate must be a seasoned litigator with courtroom experience, Federal practice experience, and be admitted in New York Courts.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Manage and oversee legal projects from inception to completion

Experience:
- Previous experience in legal administrative roles
- Proficiency in legal research and writing
- Ability to litigate cases effectively
- Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
