Position Overview: Massage Therapist created a relaxed and enjoyable environment where they are to perform exceptional services from The Pridwin Spa menu while maintaining a hygienic workspace and promote the sales of products used in services. 

The duties of this job include, but are not limited to:

• Arrives 15 minutes prior to scheduled work time to promptly set up treatment rooms for guests. 
• Meet with guests in the waiting room to welcome guests and complete consultation before the start of appointments. 
• Professionally conduct/perform massage therapy and body treatments agreed upon with guest, corresponding to The Pridwin Spa Menu.
• Make product recommendations to guest post-appointment based on areas of need identified during the appointment. 
• Particiapte in spa activities or projects including spa open-houses and staff meetings.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Reading each guest intake form to assess appropriate treatment to be performed. 
• Completing a post treatment summary for guest and therapist history.
• Preparing the treatment room to create a relaxing environment for guests, compliant with SOP. 
• Obtaining guest feedback on services, products, and environment of The Spa. 
• Conducting/performing all treatments to set service standards set in training
• Maintaining treatment rooms in a hygienic, professional manner including restocking products and linens, sterilizing instruments, and replacing linens for the next guest complaint with SOP. 
• Knowing OSEA product line available for purchase.
• Continuing to learn and apply knowledge gained on massage therapy treatments, while sharing these techniques with fellow staff during in-house instruction to standardize services.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Knowledge of Mangomint system.
• Excellent organization of workspace
• Strong communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A current valid New York State massage license required. 
• Prefer a minimum of 2 years of previous massage therapy experience. 
• Must be licensed in filed and maintain CEU status.
• Must provide customer service excellence and be a positive team player.
