The position will be required to provide the necessary patient assessment and care before during and after interventional procedures and/or cardiac catheterizations. The successful candidate will be required to monitor the patients during procedures.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience in Interventional Radiology and Critical Care and/or Emergency Department experience required. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Current New Jersey RN License, ACLS, CPR, PALS Certifications required. Ability to start and maintain IV access required.
Ability to lift and carry or move heavy objects approximately 50 lb. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, orally, and in writing. Ability to learn specific job duties and complete detailed work assignments.
