Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated irrigation tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our property under the Superintendent and his assistants, ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Duties:
- Perform landscaping and irrigation work as needed
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning, blowing, operating small machinery in addition to learning to troubleshoot and repair irrigation issues
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively and safely
- Must be able to work in a team environment, be on time, have a positive attitude, and be willing to work in all outdoor conditions

Requirements:
- Physical stamina to handle various groundskeeping duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and bending over/squatting
