Client Experience Manager

As a working manager you will be immersed in daily tasks such as: answering phones, invoicing, financial transactions, and interacting with clients and our referring veterinarians. This role requires multitasking and a love for a fast paced environment that can truly get the adrenaline pumping. As a specialty referral hospital, we deal with everything. There is a mixture of the cute puppy and kitten but also difficult conversations which can require difficult decisions.

The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to help fill open shifts, as needed, due to scheduling issues and employee sickness. The actual hours are to be determined but will include a mixture of days, swings, weekends and holidays

Duties include:

• Routine tasks of the Customer Service Team
• Scheduling team members to ensure coverage at all times, and approving PTO requests
• Training, and performing performance reviews of assigned direct reports
• Reconciling daily transactions and bank deposits
• Promoting and following the policies and protocols of the hospital
• Accounts Receivable tasks as part of a greater A/R team
• Social Media monitoring and response

Applicants being considered for hire must pass a drug test before beginning work after receiving an offer of employment. This ten panel drug test does not include testing for THC (Marijuana). Applicants will be required to complete online paperwork authorizing the drug test and will be directed to choose a Quest Diagnostics facility convenient to them. Upon receipt of the results, a hiring decision will be made. A positive finding without an acceptable explanation may result in withdrawal of the offer of employment.
