Your Role:

  • Build Strong Relationships: Your core responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with Dentists and Doctors through excellent communication and weekly follow-up calls. Build and maintain relationships with all Dealers in your area.
  • Territory Management: You'll manage your assigned territory and engage in personal contact with prospective physicians, dentists, or managing staff. Your goal is to introduce and present a detailed overview of the CAO/AMD Product line.
  • Drive Growth: In addition to managing and growing your existing pipeline, you'll seek new business opportunities. You'll need to exhibit high energy and initiative while conducting product demonstrations and training for healthcare professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dental Sales Experience: Preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Dental Retail Distribution: Preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to Travel: Be prepared to hit the road.
  • College Degree: Degree is a plus. 2 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Documented Sales Success: Show us your track record (stats, rankings, quota achievements).
  • Professional Demeanor: Maintain a highly professional demeanor and thrive in a fast-paced sales-driven environment. Exhibit the CAO/AMD values and guiding principles.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate the ability to influence, communicate, and interact effectively with all levels of the organization to impact results, even with no direct reporting structure.
  • Track Record of Overachievement: Show us your impressive results.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: You should be able to multitask and maintain sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent Sales and Presentation Skills: Sell us your skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary $70,000-85,000 plus commission. 110-120k 1st year target OTE!
