Client Care / Receptionist

Job Description:

The Client Care / Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
• Assist with client intake and paperwork
• Manage client files and records
• Assist with billing and payment processing
• Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or receptionist role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
