This position is eligible for a $6,000 retention bonus ($2,500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service).

Salary Range

$73,427.73 - $85,021.58/annually

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for the overall functioning of the assigned Children's Therapeutic Day Treatment program(s) and our therapists providing intensive school based services at the Harmony Learning Center, including the facilitation of procedures for intake, discharge and daily programming for children who meet the criteria for emotionally behaviorally disturbed. Also responsible for the supervision and management of all staff assigned to this day treatment program and clinical over site of the school. This position includes the provision of therapy to clients and their families as needed. This position must engage in close partnership and consultation with our school district, county and other community health providers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related Human Services field.
• Possess a current and valid LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC Minnesota State Licensure
• Eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities.
• Supervision competency is listed or is eligible to be listed with professional board.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
• Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience
• Two (2) or more years' experience in residential and/or day treatment
