Cantu Nursery & Landscape is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to be a part of our growing company. We are a family owned and operated nursery and landscaping business located in Round Rock serving Austin and the surrounding cities. In addition to the nursery we provide residential and commercial services such as tree installation, patio rock work, irrigation and other landscaping services.

We are seeking 1-2 fulltime sales reps (associates) to assist customers with plant selection and sales, schedule appointments for services and help with office tasks.

Sales Representative requirements:

*Nursery and/or landscaping experience

*Must be knowledgeable about Texas native Plants

*Bilingual (Spanish and English)

*Detail oriented and motivated to learn and help the company grow

*Strong interpersona skills. Approaches task with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.

*Must be able to pass pre-employment background check

*Good Communication Skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Assisting customers with plant selection and suggestions.

*Provide excellent customer service.

*Assist manager to identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales.

*Assist customers with start to finish purchasing process (in person and via phone)

*Perform office tasks such as filing, organizing, cleaning, etc.

*Assist with plant deliveries (receiving shipments and pricing new plant and trees).
