In the capacity of Receptionist you will be responsible for:
- Receiving incoming calls and assisting callers with any questions or comments
- Ensure Screening of staff/vendors/visitors
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email
- Greeting families and visitors
- Filing, cash handling, sorting mail, operating various office machines, and performing other duties as assigned
Hours: Mon-Fripart-time 5 pm until 8 pm
