We are seeking a MDS RAC certified nurse (RN) to join our outstanding clinical team! . We are a retirement community with a 128 bed skilled nursing/rehab wing. This position works with our MDS Coordinator to assess residents in our skilled nursing and to complete and submit MDS information in a timely and accurate manner. Our ideal candidate has a passion for contributing to high quality care for our residents, is very knowledgeable of MDS and skilled nursing rules and regulations, enjoys working with others to achieve outstanding outcomes and takes pride in doing excellent work.
