**Hours and Benefits for the Payroll & Billing Specialist:**

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

$20-$22 an hour depending on experience

Benefits including medical insurance, PTO and retirement plan

**Responsibilities for the Payroll & Billing Specialist:**

Run weekly payroll and record financial transactions

Create and manage bills and payments for specific accounts

Help prepare and keep track of employee payment and billing records

Make follow-up calls to payors, clients, and employees as required

Assist with weekly financial checks and take on additional accounting tasks when needed

**Requirements for the Payroll & Billing Specialist:**

High School Diploma with 2 years of experience, or Associates degree with 1 years

Familiarity with basic accounting and payroll procedures

Proficient in Microsoft Office
