Responsible for managing print fleet at client site. Responsibilities include responding to trouble tickets, creating IT work orders and resolving MFD issues.
- Assist with routing trouble tickets to correct group to resolve issues
- Creating IT work orders
- Collecting and recording monthly MFD meter reads
- Maintaining an accurate database
- Assist with setting up new devices and relocating existing equipment
- Assisting end users with software issues and diagnosing the issue
- Assisting end users with fax issues and diagnosing the issue
- Understand networking and printer configuration
- Use a Monitoring System to monitor the operational status of each MFD in the fleet, and to immediately react and resolve all MFD malfunctions by contacting the appropriate on-site representative via phone or BlackBerry
- Additional duties as assigned
- High School diploma required. Some secondary education preferred
- 2-4 years' experience in a related field
- Computer and networking knowledge, Microsoft Windows, network and Office experience
- Excellent customer services skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to multi-task
