OSITION: Escrow Support Processor

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full-Time

(Running through 5/20/2024 - 8/20/2024. Possible temp to perm for the right candidate)

LOCATION: Mesa, AZ & Phoenix, AZ

SCHEDULE: 8am-5pm with 1hr lunch.

PAY: $19.00 - $17.50 an hour paid weekly.

Details:

Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high-volume paperwork. Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers. Work is very similar to work performed by associate level, although tasks may be slightly more complex with greater experience and knowledge May work on escrow openings and closings.

Potential temp to permTop desired skills: Detail-Oriented/accuracy, Flexible, Self-Motivation, Decision making. Willing to train.

Skills:

Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing escrow process preferred.

1-2 years escrow processing experience nice to have.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
