Job Summary The Information Technology Project Coordinator is responsible for the successful deployment of operational objectives and business solutions for both internal and external teams. This role works directly under the IT Project Manager and with team members to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable timelines, key performance metrics are met, as well as keeping to established initiative scope and budget. Responsible for coordination with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and work with leadership to ensure obstacles are addressed and assignments are delivered with minimal distractions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project. Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing. Coordinates with internal and external parties, gathers and maintains system and application requirements. Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed. Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders. Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports. Continually assess project risks and seek ways to mitigate risks. Make prioritization recommendations based on estimated return and/or benefit to the business analysis. Ascertain and document business objectives and requirements Supervisory Responsibilities No supervisory responsibilities Critical Results ≥ 90% Completion of assigned projects/initiatives within specified deadline. ≥ 90% Successful implementation of assigned projects/initiatives within specified budget. ≥ 15% Cancelled projects or change requests. Education & Experience A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field. 2 years relevant project management related experience. Project Management certification(s) are preferred (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.) Education Requirements Required/Preferred Education Level Discipline Required Undergraduate Degree Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Detail oriented Works well with all levels of associates, from executive level to associates in centers. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, can handle multiple tasks and set priorities. Excellent technical problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and/or in a team- oriented manner. Performs other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements This position works under usual office conditions and will require travel as needed. The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work Conditions Must be able to perform essential functions such as typing, standing, sitting, stooping, and occasionally climbing Travel Requirements Amount of Expected Travel Details Yes 0-25% Work will involve some driving/traveling to assigned clinics. Tools & Equipment Used Computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment.
