• Assisting in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Managing and organizing case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assisting with discovery processes, including gathering and organizing relevant evidence.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress.
• Preparing for hearings, trials, and mediations by compiling necessary materials.
• Adhering to strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

• Proficiency in family law procedures, legal terminology, and court rules specific to Oklahoma.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, demonstrating the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Must have strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise client communication.
• Basic Microsoft Office capability, including Word and Excel
• Experience in Clio Manage is a plus
