What we're looking for:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Person to join our team in the Oregon regulated cannabis market. As an Outside Sales Person, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products, and driving sales in the assigned territories of
1. Bend and Central Oregon, the Hood River (hiring one rep this territory)
OR
2. Eastern Oregon (hiring one rep for this territory)
The candidate should be willing to spend a significant amount of time on the road, have a strong focus on personal growth and development, and ideally bring a good book of business to the role.
Duties:
- Drive a designated route to deliver products to customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Sell and upsell products to meet sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Perform heavy lifting of product cases and containers
- Price products accurately and collect payments from customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and inventory
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Excellent organizational skills to manage route schedules and inventory
- Strong drive to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
