Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled/experienced IHG Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth business functioning. Must have GM experience with a name brand hotel to be interviewed.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk activities.
- Supervise staff, providing leadership, training, and guidance to maintain high service standards.
- Implement strategies to optimize revenue management and enhance overall profitability.
- Conduct night audits and ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with staff, guests, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the implementation of safety and security protocols to provide a secure environment for guests and employees.

Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
- Proficiency in revenue management practices to maximize profitability.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette.
