Candidate Experience site is Hiring a Senior Process Improvement Analyst Near Des Moines, IA

Core Responsibilities:

  • During integration efforts, develop process or journey maps of advisor-facing processes, identifying similarities and differences. Assess the overall impact of the differences.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional, collaborative working sessions with stakeholders to identify and create an end-to-end view of the advisor-facing experience, identifying gaps, key points of failure. Summarize and share into all related project workstreams. 
  • Engage stakeholders to develop recommendations to address differences or gaps, including training, communication. Provide assessment of financial impact.
  • Develop presentations inclusive of recommendations for review and decisioning by project sponsors and business leaders.
  • As new programs or services are identified, design integrated workflows to ensure a strong end to end experience with alignment from supporting teams.
  • Collect and analyze data to recommend business solutions that maintain or enhance the overall experience. Identify key outcome metrics. 
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with simultaneous timelines and hard deadlines.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage resources and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Ability to summarize detailed analyses into actionable information.
  • Strong data visualization and analysis skills including experience using Microsoft Excel and other similar tools.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Prior merger and acquisition integration experience
  • Experience with broker dealers and/or RIAs

Minimum Required Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of 7 years process improvement experience with eye on customer experience
  • Minimum of 4 year(s) of experience in Financial Services.

Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
