7Main (Georgia Center for Joint Care) is a 23-bed unit specializing in total joint procedures with a floor gym for recovering patients to conveniently take advantage of. This unit has a great working-relationship with the refined group of very specialized, orthopedic surgeons creating an enjoyable work environment. In addition, the Georgia Center for Joint Care has tenured employees that make up an extremely supportive, family-like atmosphere for learning nurses as well as seasoned nurses looking for a work home!
7 Main has its own Navigator on hand to help and assist at all times.
On average, the typical nurse to patient ratio is 5-1.

Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation and evaluation for patients served. As an active participant in decisions related to patient care and nursing practice, serves as educator, colleague, researcher, advocate and leader. Must demonstrate competency in assuring quality care, Process Improvement, patient and employee safety, collaboration, consultation and professional development. Assumes responsibility for planning, organizing, delegating and evaluating patient care rendered by LPNs, technicians, Medical Receptionists and other staff.
Requirements
Degree from an accredited school of nursing
Current valid GA nursing license or eNLC nursing license
