The Office Manager is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department. The Office Manager plans, coordinates and supervises practice operations to ensure practice meets standards of performance and service excellence. Participates in daily rounds, huddles and performing administrative functions as assigned. Promotes continuity of care through maintaining patient, staff and provider satisfaction.

Requirements:

A. Required Minimum Education:
1. High School Diploma required.
2. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

B. Required Minimum Experience:
1. 1-2 years of healthcare experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting or hospital operational setting required.

C. Required Minimum Skills:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
2. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong customer service, problem solving and decision-making skills 
4. Must be able to establish rapport and effective working relationships with representatives at all levels of the organization
5. Must be able to prioritize and manage competing priorities
