Job Summary:
Primary responsibility is to complete all level 1 network tasks and assignments to include but not limited to, layer 2 troubleshooting, patching PCs to access layer switches, ip configuration on endpoints, cable management, working in our ticketing system, and working on our wireless infrastructure. Will work under the guidance of Network Analysts II, Network Analyst III, and Network Manager. Aids other team members when asked to do so. Driven to learn and increase technology knowledge. Able to follow directions with little supervision. Needs to have a customer service-centric mindset.
Education, Experience and Training:
High School diploma or GED.
Two (2) years of direct experience in dealing with data communication systems and/or Information Technologies. Network analyst skills preferred.
A certifications.
