The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs or licensed providers in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. The LPN provides and maintains a clean, safe, and quiet environment of support and comfort to patients18 years old and older through the lifecycle. 

The qualified candidate will possess the following:
A. Education
1. Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing 

B. Experience
1. Minimum 3 year nursing experience preferred
C. Licensure/Certification
1. Valid, active State of Georgia LPN license for GA locations and State of Alabama LPN license for AL locations 2. ACLS and BCLS certification
D. Interpersonal requirements
1. Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, has a commitment to customer service.
2. Communicates effectively with all applicable customers and age groups.
3. Works effectively with patients and family, maintains a cooperative working relationship with the medical staff and other members of the health team.
