Pay: $20.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential and a $1000 probation completion bonus after 90 days.
Hours: 3pm-11:30pm
Position Reports to: Production Supervisor and additional reporting to the Production Manager, Superintendent and Plant Manager.

Position Responsibilities:
•Promotes health, safety and environmental regulations by ensuring that standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to in compliance with corporate, federal, state, and local requirements.
•Promotes the quality system through adhering to the elements of and being familiar with the philosophy, quality statement, quality manual, and procedures.
•Maintains a safe working environment. Follows all safety rules and procedures.
•Responsible for visual quality of product.
•Maintains work station; keeps clean, organized and safe of tripping hazards.
•Bagger/Strapper Operator – Accurately weighs and measures raw materials as required.
•Boxer Operator – Accurately stamps or labels boxes as required.
•Middle Operator – Performs process for splicing into production line surfacing fabrics and film as needed. Maintains the operation of the entire middle section of the line in relation to quality specification and product requirements. Maintains the operation of the press rollers and cooling process of the sheet. Sets up raw materials. Assists for set up in product changes.
•Coatings Operators – Accurately weighs and measures raw materials and fills raw materials as required.
•Performs other duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
•For Bagger/Strapper and Mixer Positions – Use and proficiency on respective machine computers
•Ability to fill out and complete production and safety paperwork.
•High School Diploma or GED
Work Environment:
•The Process Operator I will be located at the Fernley, NV facilities.
•Moderate dust
•Moderate noise
•Automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment
•Hot and cold climates
•Traffic flow of multiple departments and areas, including truck loading area
•Must be able to work around hot asphalt tanks, lines and pumps constantly
Physical Requirements:
•Standing 8 – 12 hours a day.
•Ability to climb stairs often and ladders periodically.
•Lifting up to 60 pounds; up to 120 pounds assisted lifting.
•Ability to work shift work.
•Visual Acuity (including color perception).
•Good Hearing.
