The Candice Held Boutique in Palm Springs, CA is looking for one Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are located on 800 N Palm Canyon Drive Suite H. Our ideal candidate is reliable, attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Customer Service

*Greet all customers who enter the store *Provide courteous, knowledgeable service to customers *Determine customer's needs and suggest products to meet their needs *Communicate product knowledge to customers as appropriate *Must be comfortable with high net worth clients *Represent the store and brand in a positive manner while providing excellent customer service

Knowledge Skills preferred

*Retail experience (women’s clothing experience preferred) *Interest and experience in the Fashion Industry *Knowledgeable of cashier functions (Shopify and basic retail math) *Microsoft Excel experience *Social Media savvy is a plus *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Excellent customer service skills, capable of building trusting relationships *Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail *Ability to package purchases in a pleasing presentation according to company standards

Operations

*Assist customers in selection and fit of merchandise *Process transactions including sales, exchanges, and returns *Process inventory and maintain accurate inventory count *Be knowledgeable of products, and actively pursue additional product knowledge as needed *Communicate with customers via phone, email, and/or text messaging *Assist in display of merchandise and overall store presentation *Maintain safety of boutique and merchandise in accordance with COVID-19 sanitizing protocols *Assist with online retail order processing (fulfill orders, pack and ship) *Assist with wholesale order processing (fulfill orders, pack and ship)

Job Requirements

*Must be over 18 yrs old with reliable transportation *Ability to communicate with customers and store employees in a clear manner *Move around store, organize the products and keep everything in place *Maintain store cleanliness (light housekeeping) *Bend and stretch to stock shelves *Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures *Able to work flexible days, hours, weekends and holidays *Consistent and reliable attendance *Honest and reliable *References required

Part Time Position: 20-35 hours a week (3-4 days)
